Words of wisdom
“Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of the old. Behold, I will do a new thing.” ~ Isaiah 43:18-19 NKJV
Let us consider this day a new beginning. Consider it a fresh start, a renewed opportunity to serve our Creator with willing hands and a loving heart. Let us ask God to renew our sense of purpose as he guides our steps. Today is a glorious opportunity to serve our Father in heaven. Seize that opportunity while we can; tomorrow my indeed be too late.
“No matter how badly we have failed, we can always get up and begin again. Our God is the God of new beginnings” ~ Warren Wiersbe

*Choose dishes that are not fried or battered and avoid dishes that are served with creamy sauces
*Order salads with low-fat dressings or request that the dressing be served on the side
*Fresh fruit is great for dessert or alternatively you could select fruit sorbet instead of ice cream

Food for thought
Keep your wants, your joys, your sorrows, your cares, and your fears before God. You cannot burden Him; u cannot weary Him. He who numbers the hairs of your head is not indifferent to the wants of is children. "The Lord is very pitiful, & of tender mercy." James 5:11.
His heart of love is touched by our sorrows. Take to Him everything that perplexes the mind. Nothing is too great for Him to bear for He holds up the world & rules over all the affairs the universe. SC p.96
May God bless us always....

Food for thought
Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30

What Do the Contents of Your Refrigerator Say About You?
What Your Fridge Says About You
You like to be surrounded by things you love. You aren't exactly greedy, but you can be materialistic at times.
You are a very thrifty person. You don't like to waste money... or food.
You don't tend to be a very adventurous person, but you do surprise everyone now and then. You have a bit of a wild side.
You are responsible, together, and mature. You act like an adult, even when you don't feel like it.
You are likely to be married - and very busy.

Reflections
"HOW FAR YOU GO IN LIFE depends on your being tender with the young, patient with the old, sympathetic with the striving, tolerant with the weak and the strong, because someday in life you will have been all of these." George Washington Carver....Have a blessed day.
"Work like you don't need the money, love like you've never been hurt, and dance like you do when nobody's watching."
Many who do not shrink from active warfare for their Lord are driven by ridicule to deny their faith. By associating with those whom they should avoid, they place themselves in the way of temptation. They invite the enemy to tempt them, and are led to say and do that of which under other circumstances they would never have been guilty. The disciple of Christ who in our day disguises his faith through dread of suffering or reproach denies his Lord as really as did Peter in the judgment hall. {Conflict and Courage 321}
Every true child of God has the co-operation of heavenly beings. Invisible armies of light and power attend the meek and lowly ones who believe and claim the promises of God. Cherubim and seraphim, and angels that excel in strength, stand at God's right hand, "all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation. {Conflict and Courage 336}
There is tremendous happiness in making others happy, despite our own situations. Shared grief is half the sorrow, but happiness when shared, is doubled. If you want to feel rich, just count all the things you have that money can't buy. Have a nice day!!!

How To Cope Up Stress
As we live day by day life is full of commitment, responsibilities, and other stuff that makes us having stress. Some people tend to take pills for their stress problems. How about take time to meditate or give yourself a break? Sounds good right? But we need to do our everyday responsibilities. Okay i am being dramatic now. I read some tips on how to cope up with stress. I hope it will help you.
10 tips on coping stress
1. Start Slow. Get up 15 minutes early so you don't have to rush. Enjoy the quiet of the morning without the radio on or any outside "noise".
2. Give Your Day to God. Pause to talk with God before you talk with anyone else. Offer every minute of the day to the Lord to use as He desires.
3. Begin Positive. Find something good to say to someone at the beginning of the day. That positive note can color your entire day.
4. Expect Interruptions. See them as opportunities to share God`s love.
5. Release Pressure Points. Go for a short walk if pressure is building. If emotions are rising, postpone further discussions until later in the day when feelings have subsided.
6. Don`t "Do Lunch". Whenever possible, reserve lunchtime for quiet time alone. It helps digestion and gives your mind and emotions a break as well.
7. Get Physical. If your job requires you to sit most of the day, get physical on your break or at lunch. Go to the gym. Take a brisk walk. Ride your bike. Anything to burn off pent-up energy.
8. Keep Proper Perspective. Place a picture of your family where you can see it. Remember what`s most important in life.
9. Pray Continually. As you`re walking to meetings, going to the copy machine, making a delivery, or whatever 10- to 20- second time capsules you have - breathe a prayer. Ask God`s wisdom and guidance.
10. Recognize Accomplishment. Tally up what you`ve accomplished throughout the day. Celebrate what God has allowed you to do.

Reflections
For God so love the world that He gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth on Him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16
I want to thank God for giving his son to die for my sin and your sin. He never deny nor forget us because he love us so much. We committed mistakes everyday but God is always forgives us just ask his forgiveness. He suffered a lot because of His love. What do we give in return? Of course love him back. Good Day.

Happiness
I always hear this words from somebody. If a person is in love you can see happiness in that person. I believe it is really true. The expression of your face will determine what is inside your heart. Some also said look at the eyes of a person you will know whats his/her feelings. Of course i guess its true. My hubby knows if i am upset, angry, sad, happy because it shows it in my eyes or in my face. So this sayings are true. I am just sharing this to you.
