10 Ways To Sleep Better

I just want to share the one i read in a magazine signs of the times. I am here now not yet sleepy and still wake up and post some entries into my blogs. Here are the 10 ways to sleep better.

10 Ways to Sleep Better

1. go to bed and get up at the same time everyday.
2. have a presleep routine.
3. create an environment for sleep - darkness, silence, temperature, mattress.
4. eat well.
5. deny yourself a nightcap.
6. eliminate cigarettes and avoid caffeine.
7. be active.
8. don't nap unless you need it.
9. avoid sleeping pills.
10. reduce thought and worry.
